Comment | this one of the elaboratest games i know. i play it for many moths now and it is still motivating, because its fine balanced game core.
it has a low nerd factor and is vrey noob-friendly.

Comment | A really nice game, a bit difficult to learn. But once you get the hang of it, it's really addicting, so addicting it's a problem. So a bit difficult to learn, but really good to play and with really nice people playing..........play and see for yourself. |

Comment | I think I played a game similar to this - it was called Space - Glory Through Conquest (http://space.coldfirestudios.com). Space is much better than this game. This game is such a rip (and not a good one at that) |

Comment | Space Trace is easy to play.
Difficult to play well though as the large variety of ships available takes time to learn.
The good thing about Space Trace is, it's a game where a new player can go head to head with experienced players and win.
Also ST players do not worry about getting wiped out in the first few days of playing and have to wait untill a new round starts before they can be competitive again

I've player this game for over 18 months now and it is highly addictive. This game is and will be the best I have ever played in my whole life; and believe me, I have tried a lot of those games.

Before I will post a lot of features I got straight from the forum, I will talk about a few things that make this game so addictive and unique:
- A beautifull and very friendly community. Willing to help people that are new, and although we might fight ingame, there have been people meeting each other in real life, people driving from Belgium to Denmark for example as a result of their friendship from this game.
- Very newbie friendly. Not that it is such an easy game to learn, cause that would be boring. It is a game that invites and attracts you to be willing to learn it.
- In the end, not the player most online, the player that has played for the longest time, but simply the player that is the smartest ( the one that has been willing to learn every bit of this game and become adept ) will be the best.

Ingame, all are potential enemies. That doesn't vanish the respect all players deserve by nature.
Yes integrity, loyalty and respect for others are very important values. To me the game is a way of playing with friends and to be able to laugh about things while playing together kicking someones a s s.
Or maybe the other way around, having fun on IRC while circling around each other like two dogs waiting for the other one to strike, constantly watching, jumping up and down, get ETA's perfectly matched etc. etc.
That is what makes this game more then a game, it is a whole community. That is what makes this game an addiction. ;-)

This game is rarely down, and the only reason it is possible down for a few minutes is because they are switching servers to compromise the growth of the game. Very well thought out and expands more and more every day! I'm confident that if you sit down and learn the game you will become addicted to the game like hundreds of other players are! |
